PRODA (Provider Digital Access) is an Australian Government online authentication system that allows NDIS providers to securely access government services. NDIS providers use PRODA to:
- Submit payment requests and claims to the NDIA
- Access the NDIS myplace provider portal
- Manage service bookings and participant information
- View payment summaries and claim status
- Update provider registration details
To use PRODA, providers need to create an individual account and link it to their organization. PRODA uses two-factor authentication to ensure secure access to sensitive participant and payment data.
