The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) is an independent Commonwealth agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. The Commission registers and regulates NDIS providers, handles complaints, investigates and takes enforcement action, and manages worker screening.
